Women in between age 20 - 45 are constantly taking time of giving birth to a baby. Truthfully a real headache for supervisors. Men don’t.
Manslation: My cousin once gave birth 27 times in a single week. Her boss was so friggin peeved. (Also trans men don’t exist. Also all women can have babies. Also all women want to have babies. Also this whole “having babies” thing is new on the scene and businesses have had no time to figure out how to deal with this impossible problem.)
